The meal plan is based on a 2 person menu Mon-Fri and most weeks you will have leftovers for snacks, or for the weekend.
This meal plan is based on a 2 person meal plan and contains an average of 1200-1600 calories per day, giving you room to add snacks.
This is a low carb whole foods meal plan, so the average amount of daily carbs is 50-70g, with net carbs averaging 25-35 g carbs.
The meal plans include a higher proportion of monounsaturated fat to saturated fat, and they average around 22 g fiber per day.
This means you have ample room to add healthy snacks to your daily routine.

All you have to do is put the meal you don't want in the trash, add your new meal from the dropdown menu, and you will automatically be given a new shopping list and recipe list for printing or access as you shop and cook.
