Mix chicken strips and spice together, coating the chicken evenly.
Heat oil in a fry pan and when hot, add chicken and fry for 5 minutes, stirring a few times as it cooks. When ready, turn off the heat and sit for a couple of mnutes while you finish preparing the salad.
In 2 large bowls, lay down shredded lettuce, and section tomato and avocado to one third of the dish. Add chicken to the last third and serve as is or with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.
Optional – Serve with a salad dressing.
This dish also works well with grated cheese instead of avocado.
