Ingredients
  • 1 onion– diced
  • 2 carrot– halved and sliced fairly chunky
  • 1/4 cauliflower– roughly chopped
  • 17.6oz pumpkin– diced
  • 21.1oz chicken breast– diced
  • 1.7oz wakame seaweed– cut up into very small pieces – you don’t have to include this ingredient
  • 4cups stock
Instructions
  1. Throw it all in the slow cooker, turn on low for 6-8 hours (or 4 hours on high).
