Salmon: replace with canned tuna.
Yogurt: Switch for cottage cheese, cream, or sour cream.
Fridge: Can be stored in the fridge for a few days in a container. Reheat in bowls in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or place in a dish covered with foil and reheat in a preheated 400F/200C oven for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
