It’s surprising that something as simple as baked cauliflower can taste so soft an mouthwateringly good.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 390°F.
Lay a sheet of baking paper on a tray.
Put the cauliflower in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil (and spices if using them) and use your hands or a spoon to mix it together.
Evenly spread the cauliflower across the tray and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
