Ingredients
  • 1/2 cauliflower– chopped
  • 1Tablespoon olive oil
  • Baking paper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 390°F.
  2. Lay a sheet of baking paper on a tray.
  3. Put the cauliflower in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil (and spices if using them) and use your hands or a spoon to mix it together.
  4. Evenly spread the cauliflower across the tray and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
