Stir everything together to combine and place the lid on slow cooker.

STORAGEThis meal can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days in an airtight container.To freeze, store in 2 portions in airtight containers for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature overnight, then reheat in a pan on the stove top for 3-5 minutes. Or in the microwave for 2.5 - 3 minutes per bowl in high. Add a little liquid (water) if necessary.
