Are there meal plans included in the program?
Yes. There are 4 weeks of meal plans providing 5 meals per week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, for example, to be used for Mon-Fri. Often with leftovers for other days.
It can be overwhelming to use an entire meal plan, so most people choose a few meals to try each week and combine those with their own daily modifications. You may also find the recipes inspire ideas for modifications you can make to your current eating plan.
You also have access to all the recipes included in the program from day 1, so you can get ideas or recipes suitable for your own preparation and planning.
Are the recipes suitable for gluten free/celiac?
Yes, almost all meals in the program are gluten free and suitable for celiac.
Is there a free trial?
