MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
By agreeing to purchase a subscription service you acknowledge that the subscription will be automatically deducted from your account each month or on an annual basis, dependent on your subscription terms.
All subscriptions are on an auto-renew basis. You can view your subscription status, renewal date, and cancel anytime from your account page inside the members site, or by contacting support at: [email protected].
Your direct debit will occur on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page located in our private members site or by contacting support at: [email protected]. It is your responsibility to update or cancel your subscription before it renews. After your renewal transaction has been processed, we do not issue refunds. Your membership will remain active until it expires.
Annual subscriptions are sent 3 reminders before renewal – 1 month, 14 days and 2 days prior to your direct debit. Please check your email inbox, spam box and other boxes to ensure you receive the notifications. Please note that DMP are not responsible to manage your finances, and with ample notice given about your renewing subscription, it is your responsibility to update or cancel your subscription before it renews. After your renewal transaction has been processed, we do not issue refunds. Your new annual subscription will remain active until it expires.
Cancellation of subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page located in our private members site, or by contacting support at: [email protected]. However, please be aware that cancelling your subscription stops the autorenew but will not issue any refund from fees already paid. Whether you cancel one month after joining or half way through your membership subscription, your account will stay active until your membership expires.
All cancellations must occur before renewal takes place. If you cancel your subscription after your newly processed membership transaction occurs, you accept that no fees will be refunded, your new monthly or annual subscription will remain active until it expires.
Admin charge: whereby there is an extraneous reason where a refund may be warranted on an annual subscription, a minimum administration charge of $20 USD will be deducted from any refundable portion of payment.
NOTE: This extraneous reason does not include you did not see the reminder emails, did not use the service, forgot to cancel your subscription, or no longer want the service (unlike other companies who charge subscriptions without reminders, we do provide ample opportunity for you to cancel your subscription before it renews).

Customers must maintain an active membership subscription in order to access any membership content contained within the private members site. If a subscription is cancelled and membership expires, there will be no access to any previous, current or ongoing membership content, program or services.
T2Diet Program and T2Diet Prediabetes Program Terms
The T2Diet Program and T2Diet Prediabetes Program are purchased as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Upon purchase, access to the program is granted for the 16 week program, and 4 weeks after. Therefore, the total access time purchased is 20 weeks. After this, you can upgrade to a T2Diet monthly or annual subscription to maintain access to the program, along with accessing other exclusive members-only resources.
We do not offer a free trial period for the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program, so you acknowledge that once you make the decision to join the program and your transaction is processed, we do not refund program fees for change of mind or any other reason.
T2Diet Program Terms (VIP Members)
VIP Members with Bonus Access and VIP GOLD Members have exclusive access to the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program included in their membership subscription.
VIP Members with Bonus Access can be identified via the membership subscription ‘VIP Meal Planner’ or ‘VIP Meal Planner (Annual)’ or ‘VIP Member’ and is not to be confused with other VIP or annual membership subscriptions, which may be called a similar name (eg: VIP membership) but provide access to different programs, products or services.
From the member account page, the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program may state ‘Lifetime Access’. However, customers who are VIP Members with Bonus Access (‘VIP Meal Planner’/’VIP Member’) and VIP GOLD Members must maintain an active subscription in order to obtain access to the T2Diet Program. Once a ‘VIP Meal Planner’, ‘VIP Member’ or a VIP GOLD Member subscription is cancelled and it expires, customers will no longer have access to the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program.
If members choose to rejoin again on an annual subscription, they will not necessarily gain access to the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program, as they would need to purchase a ‘VIP Meal Planner’ or ‘VIP Member’ subscription, which may only be available on a special offer; or a VIP GOLD Member subscription.
Member Intake Data, T2Diet Health Data & Other Health Data Entries
When you join as a Member we ask you to fill in a form upon entry and we may ask you to fill in forms at follow-up intervals over time.
When you join the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program, we ask you to fill in a form at the beginning and end of the program; and if you continue as a member beyond the 16-week program, we may ask you to fill in forms at follow-up intervals over time.
We collect health information from Members and participants of the T2Diet Program/T2Diet Prediabetes Program for two purposes:
1) so we can improve our program and website and provide better services to our members
2) to track your progress in the interest of conducting scientific research (information related to this research may be published in scientific journals, on our website, online or in print. However, only anonymized data is used so your privacy and personal identity always remains strictly confidential)
By completing these forms and entering your data, you give your consent for DMP/Dr Jedha to use your anonymized data for research and development purposes. Each member/participant of the program is given a unique ID code, which keeps your privacy and personal identity strictly confidential. DMP would never share your personal identity publicly without your permission and consent.
Please ensure that you give exact name and email address. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
DMP strive to provide an active website free of technical errors or issues. However, we do not guarantee that The Websites will always be available, work, or be accessible at any particular time. Only users who are eligible to use The Websites may do so. DMP cannot guarantee that any products found on The Websites will work as advertised, or that they will give you the desired results.
DMP may terminate, suspend, or deny your access to all or part of The Websites for any reason at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you will no longer be authorized to access The Websites. You agree that DMP shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to The Websites. Disclaimers and limitations or liability set out in these terms and conditions will survive termination.
