You have access to the T2Diet Program modules and resources for the 16 weeks of the program and 4 weeks after the program finishes, so a total of 20 weeks.
If you wish to maintain access after that, and receive our ongoing support and weekly meal plans, then you can join on a monthly or annual subscription.
Can I try the T2Diet Program for free?
Currently we don't offer a free trial.
Does the T2Diet Program include weekly meal plans?
No. Our weekly meal plan service is not included in the T2Diet Program so you won't receive weekly meal plans.
While taking the T2Diet Program, you will receive recipe suggestions each week, along with some sample meal plans and menus throughout the program.
After completing the program, you can then switch to another membership if you wish - either the T2Diet Monthly Plan or the T2Diet VIP Annual Plan, where you'll receive weekly meal plans and many other membership benefits.
Is the T2Diet Program suitable for coeliac / gluten free?
YES.
All the information, recipes and resources in the T2Diet Program are gluten free and suitable for coeliac.
Is the T2Diet Program suitable for vegetarians?
The T2Diet Program is NOT designed for people who choose a vegetarian diet, however, the general guidelines and information throughout the program is suited to all people with type 2 diabetes.
In addition, there are over 100 meat free recipes included in the program resources.
If you choose to join the program as a vegetarian, the weekly modules and videos may discuss meat, so you need to be aware of this. If this is going to bother you, then the program is not for you. Overall though, there will be helpful information that is suited to you as well.
Is the T2Diet Program a subscription?
No. When you purchase the T2Diet Program you will be billed once for the program amount (in USD). This grants you access to the T2Diet Program modules and resources for the 16 weeks of the program and 4 weeks after the program finishes, so a total of 20 weeks.
