How long do I have access to the Prediabetes Reset Program?

Once you purchase the Prediabetes Reset Program, you have access to the program modules and resources for the 16 weeks of the program and 4 weeks after the program finishes – a total of 20 weeks access.

If you wish to maintain access after that, and receive our ongoing nutrition support and weekly meal plans, you can join on a monthly or annual subscription.

Can I try the Prediabetes Reset Program for free?

Currently we don’t offer a free trial.

Once you join the program, you’re making a commitment to yourself to complete the 16 week program; and you’ll be glad you did!

Does the Prediabetes Reset Program include weekly meal plans?

No. Our weekly meal plan service is not included in the Prediabetes Reset Program, so you won’t receive weekly meal plans.

However, you will receive recipe suggestions each week, along with some sample meal plans and menus throughout the program. There are around 200 recipes provided throughout the program.

After completing the program, you can join on a monthly or annual subscription, where you’ll receive weekly meal plans and many other membership benefits.

If you prefer, you can join as a VIP Member now, which gives you access to the Prediabetes Reset Program and our full online nutrition service, including the weekly meal plans and monthly check-ins with Dr Jedha and our nutritionists.

Is the program suitable for coeliac / gluten free?

YES.

Most of the information, recipes and resources in our programs are gluten free and suitable for coeliac.

Is the program suitable for vegetarians?

The Prediabetes Reset Program is NOT designed for people who choose a vegetarian diet. However, the general guidelines and information throughout the program is suited to all people with prediabetes.

In addition, there are around 100 meat free recipes included in the program resources.

If you choose to join the program as a vegetarian, the weekly modules and videos may discuss meat, so you need to be aware of this. If this is going to bother you, then the program is not for you. Overall though, there will be helpful information that is suited to you, if you choose to join.

I have dietary allergies, sensitivities or preferences, will the program cater for that?

With so many individual needs, it is difficult to cater for all allergies, sensitivities and preferences. When you join the Prediabetes Reset Program, our goal is to help you find an eating plan that feels natural and sustainable for you, so the guidelines are quite broad.

Majority of our meals are gluten free.

Is the Prediabetes Reset Program a subscription?

No. When you purchase the Prediabetes Program you will be billed once for the program amount (in USD). This grants you access to the T2Diet Program modules and resources for the 16 weeks of the program and 4 weeks after the program finishes, so a total of 20 weeks access.
