A deliciously easy and tasty soup to enjoy for lunch, dinner or even breakfast. Yes, soup does make a good breakfast, too!

Ingredients

  • 18.5 oz chicken breast – diced into small pieces
  • 10.5 oz cauliflower – chopped
  • 1 leek – white only area, sliced
  • 3 cups stock
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper – a pinch of each to season
US Customary – Metric

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker, place lid on and cook for 3-4 hours on “high” setting, 6-7 hours on “low” setting.
  • Serve in 2 bowls and enjoy.
