    Hi all,
Wasn’t sure where to write this but I had an idea I wanted to share. What about a place for folks to share eating out options. For example; once in awhile I’ll go to McDonald’s and get 2 breakfast burritos. I bring them home and strip out the insides from the wrap and toss the wrap. Then I mixed the insides of the burrito with a plate of veggies. Today I had cooked frozen spinach. On MyFitnesPal.com I was able to find out all the nutrition values:
    McDonald’s – 2 Brk. Burrito(No Wrap) – Calories 320, Carbs 8, Fat 24, Protein 18, Sodium 920, Sugar 2
    Frozen Chopped Spinach – Calories 60, Carbs 6, Fat 0, Protein 4, Sodium 250, Sugar 0

Of course the sodium is a bit too much but all the other numbers are pretty good.

    Just wanted to share.

    Thanks,
    Tony
