Regular cereal contains so many aweful ingredients and way too many carbs and sugar for great blood sugar regulation. So this low carb muesli makes a great replacement and has become a favorite breakfast on my menu lately. It’s refreshing, super healthy, and it’s also very filling too.
The fresh strawberries give it just enough sweetness and the crunch of the nuts is what really makes it pop. Just pour a little bit of milk (cow, almond, or coconut milk) over the top, or as an alternative, include a little plain Greek yogurt.
