Diabetes Meal Plan Preview: Menu Week of 8/5/19
All throughout the month of August we’ll be sharing 5 ingredient meals – minimal ingredients, quick to make, and you’ll be surprised how tasty 5 ingredients can be – enjoy!
Excluded ingredients from the 5 include: oil, lemon, salt and pepper. Feel free to add additional ingredients, we will also give you ideas to do so. Overall, the idea is to show you that cooking at home is very easy to do – enjoy!
