The picture says “honey” but there is no sugar at all in this marinade. We use liquid stevia extract to get a ‘honey-like’ taste…delicious!
You can use this as a dressing or a marinade. If using as a dressing, simply pour directly over your salad. If using as a marinade, soak your meat or chicken in the marinade for at least 30 minutes – unless parcel baking – like this Parcel Baked Chicken Recipe.
If you need more, simply double or triple the portions.
Sweet Mustard Dressing/ Marinade

Ingredients
- 5-10 drops liquid stevia extract – or to desired sweetness
- 1/2 Tbsp tamari – wheat free soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a jar or airtight container.
- Shake well and pour over chicken, meats, or veggies.
