Sometimes, it’s just great to strip things back and enjoy vegetables as they are – simply baked. If you’ve never tried baked cauliflower, add it to your list of to-do’s, because it really is fab!
Baked Cauliflower
It’s surprising that something as simple as baked cauliflower can taste so soft an mouthwateringly good.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cauliflower – chopped
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Baking paper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 390°F.
- Lay a sheet of baking paper on a tray.
- Put the cauliflower in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil (and spices if using them) and use your hands or a spoon to mix it together.
- Evenly spread the cauliflower across the tray and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.

Tried that twice lately, first time a little to crunchy, second time more spices and longer in the oven, great. LOL was 4.9 the other morning, was a bad boy then hit 5.7, should be back down now.
