Ingredients
- 18.5 oz chicken breast - diced into small pieces
- 10.5 oz cauliflower - chopped
- 1 leek - white only area, sliced
- 3 cups stock
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper - a pinch of each to season
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker, place lid on and cook for 3-4 hours on "high" setting, 6-7 hours on "low" setting.
- Serve in 2 bowls and enjoy.
