Simply Baked Cauliflower

➢ By Dr Jedha & DMP Nutritionists | 1 Comment
Baked Cauliflower

Cauliflower is a very versatile vegetable. And when it comes to eating low carb with diabetes, cauliflower makes a great substitute for rice and potatoes.

Sometimes, it’s just great to strip things back and enjoy vegetables as they are – simply baked. If you’ve never tried baked cauliflower, add it to your list of to-do’s, because it really is fab!

Tried that twice lately, first time a little to crunchy, second time more spices and longer in the oven, great. LOL was 4.9 the other morning, was a bad boy then hit 5.7, should be back down now.
