The low carb menu is for the following week, Mon through Thurs (or change days as you please), which gives you plenty of time to shop and prep for the week ahead. And of course, they keep daily carbs low to help lower your blood sugar and A1c levels.

I am taking 1000 mg at dinner time and last night I felt terrible before I took it. My blood sugar seems very odd. Even after eating and taking the meds I still feel bad. I am prediabetic. Should I be splitting the dowse out in the morning and after dinner ?
