Dr. Jedha Dening is a diabetes nutrition researcher and educator, founder of Diabetes Meal Plans, and lead researcher of the T2Diet Research Program. Her articles focus on nutrition education, dietary behavior change, and practical strategies to help adults with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes improve blood sugar and long-term metabolic health.

Dr. Jedha Dening is a diabetes nutrition researcher and educator, and the founder of Diabetes Meal Plans. She holds a PhD in Type 2 Diabetes Nutrition and Digital Health, a Master of Human Nutrition and a Bachelor of Social Science. Dr. Dening conceived and designed the T2Diet Study and was the lead author on multiple peer-reviewed publications arising from the T2Diet Research Program. Her work focuses on diabetes nutrition education, dietary behavior change and digital health interventions that translate original clinical research into practical nutrition education and ongoing support for adults with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes.
